At LLI Advisory Group, we strive to provide specialized services to run and grow your practice. During this past year, we launched our Practice Consulting Division. Our goal for this division is to assist practices in identifying needs, implementing change and monitoring goals and results to further your practice in the dental market. We are excited to announce that Charlotte Leone has joined our group as the head of the Practice Consulting Division. With more than eight years experience in the dental industry, Charlotte brings clinical expertise, a strong background in financial/insurance issues and effective communication skills to each practice.

Practice Foundations

A six month program for the start-up/transition practitioner designed to "lay the groundwork" to a successful practice. We offer consulting services in the following areas:

  • Office design and layout
  • Equipment purchase and financing
  • Computer and software purchase, implementation and training
  • Staffing
  • Policies and procedures
  • Patient records implementation
  • Fee structuring
  • Insurance credentialing
  • Record keeping set-up and monitoring

This program included scheduled weekly consulting, two (2) in-house training workshops/site visits with the doctor and staff, bi-monthly e-newsletter and unlimited email access.

Practice Framework

Once the sturdy foundation is laid in Practice Foundations, this twelve (12) month program is constructed to assist the practice in:

  • Treatment planning
  • Case presentation
  • Office culture
  • Office efficiency
  • Patient recall
  • Ancillary profit centers
  • Financial coordination
  • Practice monitors
  • Marketing

This program includes scheduled weekly consulting, four (4) in-house training workshops with the doctor and staff, bi-monthly e-newsletter and unlimited email access.

Practice Design and Expansion

This six (6) month custom program allows the practitioner the ability to express and implement the specific desires of their practice culture. Whether it's adding a specialty, hiring an associate or purchasing a practice, this program can offer invaluable services for the finishing touches.

This program includes scheduled weekly consulting, three (3) in-house training workshops with the doctor and staff, bi-monthly e-newsletter and unlimited email access.

Practice M&M (Maintenance and Monitoring)

This monthly program creates a proactive approach to practice success. These advisory services aim to "change the light bulbs before they blow out", leaving the practice clear and bright.

This program includes scheduled semi-monthly consulting, monthly review of practice monitors, bi-monthly e-newsletter and unlimited email access.
